Patagonia Simul Alpine Pants Women
Moving simultaneously on the mountain, acquiring a welcome respite from cold belay stances, requires trust and self-assurance. When done right, it's a purer form of mountaineering that we welcome. The Patagonia Simul Alpine Pants are designed for moving swiftly and confidently over rock, snow, and ice, without constraints. The lightweight polyester stretch-woven fabric has high levels of softness, is fast-drying, and wicks moisture away from the skin to prevent over-cooling or freezing. The reinforced, even stretchier yoke and gusset (88% nylon, 12% spandex) provide complete range of movement across jagged alpine terrain, and the technical fit enhances breathability to cater for high exertion. A DWR (Durable Water Repellent) provides snow and water-resistance in deep snow or unexpected storms, and tie-down loops allow you to clip the hems to alpine boots to seal out snow. Features belt loops, a slender lower leg to easily see boots and crampons, cuffs with a shock cord and cord lock, and the innovative OppoSet™ adjustable closure for an on-the-go, customised fit. Designed to do everything but hold you back, the Patagonia Simul Alpine Pants are for any rock climber, alpinist, or mountaineer looking to move as fast and as confident as possible over technical terrain, with no restrictions.

DWR (Durable Water Repellent) Finish
An ultra-thin chemical coating applied to technical garments as the first line of defence against wet weather. This coating creates thousands of densely packed polymer “hairs” that prevent water droplets from reaching the surface of the jacket and encourages them to bead together and roll off. The first line of defence against wet weather.
