Arc'teryx Cerium LT Hoody
The Arc’teryx Cerium LT Hoody is a durable, moisture-resistant, composite down hoody, best suited as a mid-layer in cool, dry climbing and mountaineering conditions. The Arc’teryx Cerium LT Hoody is built to be versatile and functional: Composite Mapping™ puts hydrophobic, synthetic down in the areas most likely to come into contact with moisture - the shoulders, cuffs, underarms, and front mouth - with an 850 fill white goose down in the core and sleeves - your body’s vital temp zone, and your climbing’s vital temp zones. A tough, abrasion-resistant nylon shell with a DWR finish enhances the jacket’s resistance to mountain weather and terrain.

Putting Down Where it Counts
Down Composite Mapping™ places lightweight, hydrophobic, and highly compressible Coreloft™ synthetic insulation along the shoulders, cuffs, underarms and front of mouth - areas prone to contact with moisture - and 850 fill European white goose down in the core and sleeves - where warmth is needed most.
Ripstop stops rips!
Ripstop fabrics are fabrics woven with a special reinforcing technique that makes them resistant to tearing and ripping - the same technique used in sails, hot air balloons, kites, and parachutes (disclaimer: item will not work as a parachute… or at least hasn’t been tested to).
Insulated hood designed for full weather protection. Can be cinched with one-handed drawcords, allowing it to rotate with the head without obscuring vision when turning from side to side.
Durable Water Repellent
The DWR is an ultra-thin, water-resistant treatment whose satisfying water-beading has become the hallmark of a beautiful jacket. Although the DWR is not permanent and will wear off from exposure to dirt and general wear and tear, it can be very easily restored to its original functionality.
Full front zip with chin guard
Corded zipper-pulls reduce noise and are easy to grab

I've literally worn this jacket every day since I got it, in temperatures between +5 and -20 celsius. On warmer days a t-shirt is all you need underneath, while on colder days a merino wool base layer coupled with a light mid-layer keeps you warm and cozy.
The jacket is exactly as advertised, super light and the quality of it is visible in all the details. The jacket also fits nicely, I chose size L for my 180cm / 85kg bulky frame and for once the arms are not long while the size is just about right on chest. Finally, the jacket also packs nicely into the stuff sack that is attached to its left pocket.
Cerium LT Hoody is hands down the best jacket I've owned and I'm sure to buy another one once this gets worn down.
