Dark Matter Rubber
Originally formulated for the United States Navy Seals to ensure security in foot placement during approaches, Dark Matter rubber is now being implemented in So iLL’s climbing shoes for a level of grip worthy of the most advanced and harshest terrains in the world. The Runner features all blue "Dark Matter" rubber, a member of the "UnParallel Rubber" family, a sticky colored outsole rubber and the first ever of it’s kind.
The Street is fully sealed in a formidable matte black finish and equipped with a thin padded tongue. The larger buckles give the tightening system power and sensitivity to mold the soft shoe perfectly to your foot.

I wear street shoes 42 a bought plus half size bigger. But next i will buy the same size like street shoes. The same sizing like me fiveten dragon.
They are very comfort with great feeling.i love their soft sole. Perfect rubber for limestone.
First of all they look very good but that isn't the main point of a climbing shoe. However the all around performance of the shoes are great. I like them a lot for overhanging boulders. If you follow the sizing guide they should fit great ( I have wide feet and they hurt a bit but overall they fit quiet nicely.
First of all: I love these shoes. Not only are they the most stylish clmibingshoes out there, but I really like the over all performance.
So Ill's recommendation for the sizing seems perfect for me. My street shoe size is 44, so I ordered 43.5 and it's indeed a very tight fit. I've been wearing them for over 2 months now and they are still so tight, that I can't wear them for a long climb, just for rather short sport-routes. (For comparison: My size for the la sportiva katana is 41.5, for the solution it's 42)
Still they are (in their own way) very comfortable, even kind of soft...
I use them for bouldering as well as for sport-climbing and I'm very pleased with the performance. The rubber is super sticky, which is perfect if you like slabs (which I do very much and I'm finding footholds where there have never been any).
But the aggressive shape also works for overhanging terrain and tricky boulder problems both indoors and outdoors!
So for me it's the perfect red-point-high-performance-shoe...so, go for it!
They they fit, I highly rate these shoes. The first pair I got were half a size too small and were agony. As they are synthetic materials, they won't stretch. Don't be a fool like me and buy them before reading the size guide.
The second pair fitted fantastically and were broken in within 3 sessions. They're not as tight as I expected, but none the less, they're good shoes.
The thing that really makes them is the rubber. It sticks like none of the other brands. Once warmed up, you need not worry about your foot holds!
The heel is designed perfectly for heel hooks but I'm still trying to find the right place on the shoe for toe hooks.
The shoe seems to hold its shape and I have no complaints in comfort, performance, aesthetics or price!
I've had these shoes for a few days now and they are awesome! In appearance I think they the best looking shoe I have seen! All black is very in fashion now too which helps. The build quality and materials used seem super durable and really well made. As I haven't had months of use in them I can't give a review on how well they hold up over time but by the looks of it, they should do just fine. The grip is fantastic with awesome edging capabilities. The heel isnt as snug as other shoes I have had so they might not give the best heel hooks but this isnt something that bothers me much. They are a very aggressive shoed compared to me last shoe (5:10 Anasazi). All in all very happy!
